White powder corundum aluminium manufacturers

This abrasive white corundum aluminium oxide is produced from artificial corundum through fusion processes. Aluminum oxide particles are extremely tough and sharp, with high cutting and cleaning speeds, being effective for fast and aggressive sandblasting. Fine abrasive particles produce a very smooth finish to sandblasted surfaces, and grungy particles cut in depth, removing all deposits on the surfaces. This material is used successfully in both dry blasting processes and wet blasting processes.

Aluminum oxide is used successfully for cleaning, deburring, surface finishing, rust removal and old paint coatings, preparing surfaces for subsequent anti-corrosion treatments with paint and primer at the highest quality standards.

(3) The product has been used in polyvinyl chloride, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, PE, EVA, rubber, silicone rubber, electrical and electronic products as fire-retarding filler, especially surface-coating powder offer better compatibility with resins, the properties of resultant articles display better mechanical, flame retarding and smoke inhibiting properties.

(4) The product has been used in preparing toothpaste as an excellent frictional agent for high- and middle-class toothpaste duo to its moderate hardness and good taste.

(5) The product has been applied in water-proof fabric, ink, glass, filler of paper, mordant, water-purifying agents, also used for preparing aluminum based compounds and lubricants.
