Working principle
1. Adsorption function
The adsorption of molecular sieves on substances comes from physical adsorption (van der Waals force). The crystal pores have strong polarity and Coulomb field, and show strong adsorption to polar molecules (such as water) and unsaturated molecules ability.
2. Sieving function
The pore size distribution of the molecular sieve is very uniform, and only substances with a molecular diameter smaller than the pore diameter can enter the crystal cavities of the molecular sieve. Different molecules of different substances are distinguished by the priority order and size of adsorption, so it is called "molecular sieve".
3. Structure
The proteoglycan polymer thus constituted twists and turns to form a microporous sieve-like structure called molecular sieve. Molecular sieves only allow substances smaller than their micropores to pass through, and have a barrier effect on macromolecular substances and bacteria larger than their micropores. Make the matrix a defensive barrier to limit the spread of harmful substances such as bacteria.
Application:
Mainly used in architectural glass industry, gas refining and purification and petrochemical industry.
1. Removal of water: it depends on the pressure, temperature and water content of the regeneration gas. In general, the dry gas at 200-350°C is 0.3-0.5Kg/cm² and passes through the molecular sieve bed for 3 to 4 hours, and the outlet temperature is 110-180°C and cooled.
2. Removal of organic matter: replace organic matter with water vapor, and then remove water.
Package & store:
Indoors with room temperature and relative humidity not greater than 90%: avoid water, acid, alkali, and isolate the air, and store in airtight.
Packing 25KG/piece. Specific can be based on customer requirements.
Shelf life: minimum 2 years.
